Construction tools

Welcome to our web site!

Liz's Locker specializes in:
"A Variety of Things; Ask Us, We Might!"

We take on many projects, ranging from garbage disposal installations to small bath and kitchen remodels, repairs and installations.  Our niche is the jobs that are too small for big contractors to be bothered with, yet more than the average homeowner wishes to tackle for themselves.
As a husband/wife team, no job is too small (but some may be too big).

We are local and available to homowners and apartment managers in the East Contra Costa County region of California.
This includes:  Antioch, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Byron, Discovery Bay, Oakley, Pittsburg, and other cities in this general area.

Our rates are very reasonable, as we work out of our home, and therefore do not have the overhead of maintaining a commercial space.

Please scroll through the photos in our gallery below, and on the following pages to get a feel for our workmanship.

Why are we selling her?  We love the boat, but it doesn't make much sense to keep a boat you don't have time to use.  She's in good shape, with just some minor cosmetic flaws, to be expected for a boat her age.  Less than 600 hours on the engines.

What does she need?  Well, not a lot.  She's due for an oil change, haul-out for bottom paint, and while she's out of the water, the seacock for the head should be changed.

Built in: electric head with new pump motor; shower and head sink; full galley with 2 burner electric stove; air and heat; 25 gallon fresh water tank with electric pump; water heater; lowrance; hydraulic trim tabs and trim indicators; electric/hydraulic rams to raise motors; all the 'legal' running lights, anchor lights, and such; anchor with electric windlass and am/fm/CD stereo with cabin and deck speakers.

ALSO INCLUDED:  Non-factory items we've added that are going with the boat:  small toaster oven; step stool for boarding and/or forward berth access; Apelco fish finder/depth sounder; Garmin GPS; 2 adult life vests; throwing cushion; emergency signal kit; dock lines and fenders.
